(a) Curator365 Partners

We may receive information about you or other users of your Curator365 account from our partners, obtained through deal registration or co-marketing partnerships.

(b) Third Parties

Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he, or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not diminish the obligations under this Agreement. No waiver of any provisions of this Agreement shall be effective unless expressly stated and signed by both Parties.

(c) Personal Data from Different Sources

We may combine personal information collected from you with information from other sources, such as third-party business information providers and publicly available sources (e.g., social media platforms). This helps us maintain accurate records, identify new customers, personalize advertising, suggest relevant products and services, tailor communications, and promote events.
